A private network is assigned to your server with direct access to our backup facilities.

Three levels of backup service are available for dedicated server and co-location clients

1. Manual FTP backup procedure - client controlled manual procedure via FTP transmission of data to a single secure remote server. Data is stored unencrypted.

2. Automatic backup - single redundancy
Your mission critical data is stored encrypted on a secure independent hardware server at the same physical location to your server.

3 Automatic backup - double redundancy
Your mission critical data is stored encrypted on two geographical separated secure servers simultaneously on independent hardware.

• Our automatic packages require the installation of client software on your server to automate the backup procedure
• Clients can decide on hourly, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly data synchronisation.
• A charge of $100 applies for all data recoveries. All recovered data will be transferred to your designated server within 4 hours of placing the service call during business hours.
