Terms & Conditions

Scope

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms of Service") governs the use of all products and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Micron 21 Data Centre Pty Ltd, its parent company Micron 21 Pty Ltd, and their affiliates and subsidiaries ("Micron21") to its customers ("Customer"). Micron21 may modify this Policy at any time without notice, whereby the current version will be available on our Micron21 website (www.micron21.com) at all times.

Domain WHOIS Policy

When a Domain Name is registered, certain information is collected for use on the WHOIS service. The WHOIS service allows Internet users to query a domain name to find out the identity and contact details of the registrant. The public WHOIS service is a standard feature of domain name systems around the world. Please see auDA's WHOIS policy at https://www.auda.org.au/whois which sets out auDA's guidelines on the collection, disclosure, and use of WHOIS data.

Registrant Agreement

Domain Licenses registered to Micron21 must comply with our Registrant Agreement, and Domain License Holders must agree with our Registrant Agreement. A copy of our Registrant Agreement can be found here. For AU Domain Change of Registrant form, please Click Here.

General Terms

The Customer signifies acceptance of these Terms of Service, as well as our Wholesale Services Agreement, Privacy Policy, Complaints Policy, Cancellation Policy, Service Level Agreement and any other applicable Agreement, when the customer submitted or submits their order to Micron21 for an Account and/or Services. The acceptance and delivery of the services requested by the order regardless if payment has been made or not signifies that the client accepts the terms Micron21 has laid out.

Neither a signature nor written agreement is required to enforce our Terms of Service including any Micron21 policy. By simply using any of our services you agree to all our conditions, in both our General Terms and any other Terms of Service or Service Schedule that is managed by Micron21.

It is the Customer's responsibility to request the latest terms which can change without notification at any time at the discretion of Micron21

The Customer agrees automatically to a month to month contract term for Services unless otherwise stated in the Service offering (e.g. domain names, SSL certificates, special services with an agreed term) or otherwise agreed in writing.

The month to month contract for Services are automatically renewed each month in perpetuity. Cancellation or downgrading of any service attracts an automatic strict period of 30 days notification as per our Cancellation Policy. The 30 days notification period includes the entire monthly service costs.

Monthly services are established as part, thereof, signifying the beginning of a new month demotes commitment till the end of that monthly period.

Any of the above Micron21 agreements apply automatically to customers who use any Micron21 Services, this includes both customers in a contract and month to month customers.
